service.
o Visit
a travel agent, City ticketing office, Airport ticketing office
or make a call to our Call centre.
o Respond to the questions asked regarding the intended
date of travel, destination of travel, request for child meal
(only on some routes), etc and provide required means of
identification as the child’s parent/ guardian e.g.
International passport or National identification card/
document.
o Obtain the Unaccompanied minor booklet (UNMR Booklet) and fill
appropriately
o Make
necessary payment for the service and the child’s ticket
o Kindly note that advanced bookings and all necessary
documentation required for such bookings must be made a minimum
of three days before the date of travel of the child or
children.
o On
date of travel, prepare child sufficiently for the travel and
ensure all travel documents including the fully completed UNMR
booklet are securely stored in the child’s hand luggage.
