Check-In Information

Early Check-In

From our Lagos hub at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, you can check in 24 hours before your flight without bags and 12 hours with bags.

Regular Check-In

VIRGIN NIGERIA check-in counters open in Nigeria 2hours 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights, and 3 hours 30 minutes before departure for regional flights.

At check-in, please present your passport and ticket together with anything else you were asked at the time of booking to bring with you, such as your company ID card.

Check-in counters close in all locations before flight departure as follows:

Flights Business Class Economy Class

Domestic 20 Minutes 25 Minutes

Regional 35 Minutes 40 Minutes

If you fail to complete check-in procedures by this time you will not be able to travel.
