Priority Boarding
Virgin Nigeria ensures priority boarding for business class passengers, passengers requiring assistance, gold card eagleflier members of eagleflier and senior citizens travelling to and from most of the Virgin Nigeria destinations.
Carry On Carry Off (COCO) bag service
Traveling light? Why not beat the crowd and lengthy queues at check-in and upon arrival by taking advantage of our COCO bag service. Simply walk through to the boarding gate and hand over your baggage to our ground staff for check-in. Upon arrival at your final destination, your baggage will be handed back to you as you disembark the aircraft allowing you to go about your business straight away. This service is available only on our domestic routes for now. For more information, please ask any of our Customer Service Agents.
Early Check-In
This service allows you to check-in at the airport as early as you wish on the day of your travel irrespective of your flight time. Simply Check-In, obtain your boarding pass and go about your business. Return to the airport an hour to your regional flight departure (or 30minutes to your domestic flight) and walk straight to the aircraft.
We want your check-in experience to be absolutely stress-free and as a result we have extended this service to most airports that Virgin Nigeria operates from. Our check-in counters in MMIA and MMA2 are open to all travellers from 6am daily |
