VIRGIN NIGERIA OPENS NEW TICKETING OFFICES...MOVES CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS TO IKEJA

Lagos, Nigeria: 19 June 2007: In a bid to better serve and bring convenience to customers, Virgin Nigeria has further strengthened her reach by opening up more City Ticketing Offices across Lagos.

With the opening of the City Ticketing Office situated on the UBA first floor on Adeyemo Alakija Street, Virgin Nigeria now have two ticketing offices in Victoria Island, one in Lagos while two others are in Ikeja. The City Ticketing Offices spread across Lagos support the sales point at the airport in bringing convenience to the doorstep of discerning passengers.

Speaking on the opening of the new City Ticketing Offices, the Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Yemi Osindero said: "we are concerned about making our services readily available to all our customers at their doorsteps so as to save them the strain of having to travel long distances".

"Aside from the City Ticketing Offices that offer convenience, Virgin Nigeria offers a one stop online solution that effectively enables passengers to make their reservations, payments and as well receive automated tickets".

It will be recalled that Virgin Nigeria has been aggressively upgrading all her facilities to meet world class standards. The corporate headquarters was recently relocated to Etiebets Place in Ikeja so as to bring all the departments under one roof and closer to the operational base for an effective cohesion and proper coordination towards the actualisation of the company’s business objectives.
